Luke is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach based in the First Light Active Newstead gym in Brisbane. With over 12 years and 10,000 hours of client experience, Luke's knowledge and expertise help clients from every fitness level and background to achieve the results they want.
Over the course of over a decade, Luke has helped hundreds of clients reduce injuries, lose weight, gain strength, increase quality of life, and countless more unique goals. With a genuine passion for fitness and helping others, Luke's positive and friendly style of training makes him approachable and your fitness achieveable, even for beginners.
Going beyond personal training, Luke has also undertaken extensive study in nutrition (Metabolic Precision levels 1 and 2) and supplements, to provide experienced advice on eating the right food to hit your goals.
Outside of the gym, Luke works as a Firefighter, and also enjoys taking his dog Echo for a run and relaxing with a video game.
